Now building in Jamaica. Not yet open for business.

You sell it. We will handle the warehouse work.

SwiftRoute is a fulfillment partner being built for merchants in Jamaica, with the Caribbean in mind. Send us your stock, and we will receive it, store it, pick and pack your orders, and hand them off for delivery.

Smart fulfillment for a brighter Caribbean

  • ✓ Your customers stay yours
  • ✓ Your sales money stays yours

Built in Jamaica, for Caribbean merchants

We are speaking with merchants now while we build. If storage and packing are slowing your shop down, start the conversation early.

Know where your stock is

Clear visibility on what you have, what is moving, and what is running low.

Orders packed with care

The right item, in the right box, checked before it leaves.

No warehouse to run yourself

No extra rent, shelves, or packing staff for you to manage day to day.

Sound familiar?

Selling is your job. Storage and packing should not take over your day.

Many merchants start out storing stock at the shop, at home, or in a small rented space. As orders grow, that setup starts to cost time, space, and sales.

  • 1

Stock in the wayBoxes crowd the shop floor, the storeroom, and your home.

  • 2

Hard to tell what you haveYou are not sure what is in stock until you go and count it by hand.

  • 3

Packing eats the dayFinding, wrapping, and sending each order pulls you away from customers.

  • 4

Mistakes cost you twiceA wrong item means a return, a refund, and a customer you have to win back.

SwiftRoute is being built to take this part off your plate, so your space and your time go back to selling.

How it will work

From order to opportunity, in five simple steps

You keep running your store and your online channels. Behind the scenes, your stock and orders move through us.

1

You make the sale

Your customer orders from you, in store or online, and pays you directly, just as they do today.

2

The order comes to us

The order details reach SwiftRoute through a connected system, so there is no need to call or message each order in.

3

We pick and pack

We find the right items from your stock, pack them carefully, and check the order before it goes out.

4

We hand off for delivery

The packed order is handed off for delivery to your customer, with the details recorded as it leaves.

5

You stay in the loop

You can see the update on your stock and your order, and your customer gets confirmation that it is on its way.

Before any of that, there is a first step: you send your stock to us, we receive and count it, and it goes on the shelf under your name. From then on, it is tracked as yours.

What you get

Made for merchants, in plain terms

No warehouse jargon. Just the things shop owners and sellers tell us they need most.

See your stock clearly

Know what you have and where it stands without walking the shelves yourself. That makes reordering and planning much easier.

Orders packed accurately

Each order is picked from your stock and checked before it leaves, so your customers get exactly what they ordered.

Your space back

Free up your shop, storeroom, or home. Your stock lives with us, organized and ready to ship when an order comes in.

Delivery handled, not chased

Once an order is packed, we handle the handoff for delivery and keep the status updated, so you are not chasing updates all day.

What stays yours

SwiftRoute works for you. We do not take over your business.

  • ✓ Ownership of your inventory, at all times
  • ✓ Your store, your prices, and how you sell
  • ✓ Your customer relationships
  • ✓ Your sales revenue, paid to you by your customers

What we will handle

The hands on work behind every order.

  • ✓ Receiving and counting your stock when it arrives
  • ✓ Safe storage, organized under your name
  • ✓ Picking, packing, and checking each order
  • ✓ Fulfillment and handoff for delivery, with updates

Who we are building for first

Starting with the merchants who feel the squeeze most

Our first focus is on two kinds of merchants where getting the right item out, accurately and on time, matters a great deal.

Shelves of automotive parts, brake discs, and accessories in an auto parts store

Automotive parts and accessories

Parts businesses carry a lot of different items, and customers need the exact part for their vehicle. Keeping track of it all takes space and constant counting.

  • Many different parts to store and find quickly
  • The right part matters: a near match is not good enough
  • Heavy and bulky items that take up shop space
Shelves of healthcare and pharmacy products organized in storage

Healthcare and pharmacy

Health products need careful handling and accurate orders every time. Customers are counting on getting the right product, without delay.

  • Accuracy matters on every single order
  • Stock needs to be organized and easy to check
  • Customers expect a reliable, timely delivery

Sell something else? If you sell products and storage, packing, or delivery is holding you back, we still want to hear from you. Early conversations help us build for real merchant needs.

Starting in Jamaica

Built here first, with the wider Caribbean in mind

SwiftRoute Limited is starting in Jamaica, where merchants move goods through ports, suppliers, and customers every day, often with very little support behind the scenes.

Our ambition reaches further: a brighter Caribbean, where a business in any island can sell online and get its products to customers with confidence.

Where we are now

Still building, and we will say so plainly

SwiftRoute is not open for business yet, and we are not taking orders or holding stock today. This page is here so merchants can see what is coming, and tell us what they need while there is still time to build it in.

Now

Building and listening

We are building the systems behind the service, including how orders, stock, and delivery updates will connect to the way you already sell.

  • Designing the fulfillment system
  • Talking with merchants in Jamaica
  • Shaping the service around real needs
Next

Getting ready to launch

As we get closer, we will share clear details on pricing, how to send us stock, and how onboarding will work, before anything opens.

  • Launch details shared in advance
  • First merchants onboarded carefully
  • No surprises on what stays yours
Ahead

Growing across the Caribbean

The long term aim is to support merchants beyond Jamaica, so Caribbean businesses can reach customers across the region more easily.

  • Caribbean wide ambition
  • Built to grow with our merchants
  • More to share as plans firm up

About us

Meet the founder behind SwiftRoute

SwiftRoute starts with one person's experience moving goods, leading teams, and solving delivery problems at scale, now being put to work for Caribbean merchants.

Francine Wint is the founder of SwiftRoute Limited and a Senior Transportation Manager at Amazon in Atlanta, where she leads workforce and capacity planning for Amazon Logistics.

Her career in operations spans Target, where she ran a $34 million store operation, Payless ShoeSource, where she led a district of 30 stores, and Amazon, where she managed a 600,000 square foot fulfillment center, scaled same-day delivery through 70 percent year over year growth to more than one billion packages in a year, and pioneered Amazon's Disaster Relief Program.

She holds an Executive MBA from Georgia State University and a marketing degree from Morgan State University.

She founded SwiftRoute to make it easier for Caribbean businesses to sell, fulfill, and deliver through digital channels, starting in Jamaica. The idea is simple and merchant first: you keep your stock, your customers, and your revenue, while SwiftRoute handles the warehouse work behind your orders.

Questions merchants ask

Straight answers, before you ask

Not yet. SwiftRoute is still being built and is not taking orders or holding merchant stock at this stage. If you get in touch now, we will keep you updated and your needs can help shape the service before launch.

You do, at all times. SwiftRoute is a business to business service: we receive, store, and pack your products on your behalf. Your inventory, your customers, and your sales revenue remain yours.

No. Your customers buy from you and pay you, through your store or your online channels, just as they do today. We work in the background on storage and fulfillment.

That connection is part of what we are building. The aim is for orders from your online selling channels to flow to us, with stock and fulfillment updates flowing back, including if you sell through more than one storefront. Tell us how you sell today so we can build for it.

Pricing is not final yet, and we will not publish numbers until they are real. If you share what you sell and roughly how many orders you handle, we can talk honestly about whether SwiftRoute is likely to be a good fit for your business.

Yes. Those are our first focus areas, not a closed door. If you are a merchant with products to store and orders to fulfill, we would like to hear what you need.

For merchants

Tell us about your business

A short note is enough. The more we hear from merchants now, the better we can build this.
